Maintain a constant and safe hot water supply, with fail-safe and override functions for thermal disinfection.
Mixcal Careflo Plus fail-safe design shuts off the mixed water flow automatically in the event of disruption in the water supply to avoid potential scalding.
Using the manual override function, the Mixcal Careflo Plus allows thermal disinfection to be performed through to the outlets, enabling a complete flush.
Thermal disinfection helps to protect the system against Legionella and other microbial organisms, ensuring the end-user is safe and protected.
The Mixcal Careflo Plus has been specifically designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of BS 7942: 2011 and NHS D 08.
The valve has been independently tested and approved as a TYPE 3 valve under the TMV3 scheme.
